The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafael Bouzas got free with Olov Lilja in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 2-0 became the score in the 16th minute when 狄夕远 elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Rafael Bouzass short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Olov Lilja to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 26th match minute, Esquadrão Lusitano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diamantino Câmara to maneuver through the defense. Karl-Johan Qvarnström took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vítor Damas. Esquadrão Lusitano's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Olov Lilja took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 狄夕远, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Fågelmara IK's Per-Oskar Borre got a free kick in the 33rd minute. After 37 played minutes Fågelmara IK got a freekick which was hit by Johan Tönnberg. The goalkeeper, Olov Lilja, was totally fooled by Esquadrão Lusitano's 狄夕远, who 44 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Fågelmara IK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Yavuzalp Eroğul scored to the left of an out of position Olov Lilja, making the score, 5-0.

The wind increased when Anders Holm made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Esquadrão Lusitano's 狄夕远 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Olov Lilja narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Olov Lilja took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 狄夕远, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute of the match Esquadrão Lusitano got a corner. Fågelmara IK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Olov Lilja was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. 狄夕远 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olov Lilja having to interfere. When Krister Lundström fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fågelmara IK's protests and gave Krister Lundström a yellow card for diving instead. Olov Lilja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 狄夕远 in the 89th minute of play. In the 91stth minute of the game 狄夕远 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fågelmara IK's Olov Lilja was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 98 minutes, Rafael Bouzas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Esquadrão Lusitano and the Fågelmara IK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 98 played minutes Esquadrão Lusitano got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Bouzas. For all the effort they put into the match, the Fågelmara IK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Esquadrão Lusitano.
