When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Petru Tărău put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Olov Lilja. After having played for 6 minutes, Petru Tărău managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A4p FC Gad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Petru Tărău was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 15 minutes into the match, A4p FC Gad's goal looked a bit too open when Krister Lundström came free, but Olimpiu Târlea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olimpiu Târlea was a little too slow when Krister Lundström got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 1-1. 21 minutes into the game, Petru Tărău cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Olov Lilja was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matei Filipoiu in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olov Lilja saved Fågelmara IK from getting behind. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Matei Filipoiu sped through Fågelmara IK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Olov Lilja. 29 minutes into the match, Fågelmara IK's goal looked a bit too open when Petru Tărău came free, but Olov Lilja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Petru Tărău in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olov Lilja saved Fågelmara IK from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Petru Tărău managed to get in a good position for a shot. A4p FC Gad's supporters rose to their feet, but Petru Tărău was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olov Lilja breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 38 minutes into the match, Fågelmara IK's goal looked a bit too open when Matei Filipoiu came free, but Olov Lilja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Petru Tărău in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olov Lilja saved Fågelmara IK from getting behind. 47 minutes into the match, Petru Tărău had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olov Lilja. Fågelmara IK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Petru Tărău was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anders Holm was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Fågelmara IK booed when A4p FC Gad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Grigoroiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to A4p FC Gad getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Ion Bianu hit a great ball. In the 64thth minute of the game Petru Tărău who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fågelmara IK's Olov Lilja was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 65th minute Petru Tărău shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olov Lilja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Petru Tărău in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olov Lilja saved Fågelmara IK from getting behind. After 70 played minutes A4p FC Gad's Matei Filipoiu stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Olov Lilja stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing Fågelmara IK of the goal. Johan Tönnberg kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, A4p FC Gad's Petru Tărău got a free kick in the 84th minute. Olov Lilja showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petru Tărău in the 92nd minute of the match. After 94 played minutes Petru Tărău rounded Fågelmara IK's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-6. Petru Tărău fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olov Lilja having to interfere.
