Angel Comizzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfons Siggesson in the 6th minute of play. Olov Lilja showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernie Ball in the 8th minute of the match. Ezzo Doro hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Angel Comizzo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfons Siggesson went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Diego Tristan kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. The supporters of Batalionul U23 Dorobanti booed when Fågelmara IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aron Österberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Renan Trancoso's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Olov Lilja - 1-1 was put on the score board in the 21st minute. In the 34th minute, Ernie Ball ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olov Lilja was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Olov Lilja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernie Ball in the 36th minute of play. Olov Lilja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavian Balc, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Angel Comizzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johan Tönnberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st match minute, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mădălin Geamănu to maneuver through the defense. Olov Lilja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Tristan in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ernie Ball stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Octavian Balc kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Olov Lilja. That made the score 1-3 in the 56 minute of play. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Angel Comizzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfons Siggesson in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st minute of the match Fågelmara IK got a corner. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Per-Oskar Borre ran over to the corner to take the kick. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Angel Comizzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfons Siggesson in the 64th minute of play. In the 68th minute Karl-Ove Kullgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Comizzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diego Tristan got free with Olov Lilja in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 77 minutes into the match, Fågelmara IK's goalkeeper Olov Lilja had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diego Tristan. In the last second Olov Lilja throw himself and got hold of the ball when Ernie Ball in the 77thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After 79 minutes Fågelmara IK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Renan Trancoso who took care of the corner kick. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Renan Trancoso was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Olov Lilja in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfons Siggesson in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angel Comizzo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Diego Tristan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Olov Lilja came out and tried to block the shot, but Diego Tristan slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 82nd minute. Ezzo Doro hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 96th match minute, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezzo Doro to maneuver through the defense. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti played a much better game than Fågelmara IK and deserved their victory. The Fågelmara IK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
