Angelo Bertoni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Rafael Bouzas put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Angelo Bertoni. In a very dangerous position, a player in Esquadrão Lusitano fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 25th minute. Penalty! Esquadrão Lusitano:s Vítor Damas showed great skill when he stopped Kenji Takahara:s penalty. Vítor Damas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kenji Takahara went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Vítor Damas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Lenzi in the 36th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Mathias Molhoek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute, Richard Laws had to leave the field with a concussion. In the 47th minute, Yavuzalp Eroğul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rafael Bouzas made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Esquadrão Lusitano's Bähräm Abduläzimov got a free kick in the 58th minute. Vítor Damas came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's Santa Clausius. But to his dismay, Santa Clausius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Vítor Damas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santa Clausius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ were awarded a corner. Kenji Takahara went to the cornerflag to take it. After a defensive mix-up in Esquadrão Lusitano's zone, Bruno Lenzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vítor Damas came out of the goal and Bruno Lenzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's Angelo Bertoni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ from getting a goal against them. In the 82nd match minute, Esquadrão Lusitano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Przemyslaw Indyk to maneuver through the defense. Esquadrão Lusitano's Rui Sá was substituted for 狄夕远.
