The crowd rose to their feet as Esquadrão Lusitano's 狄夕远 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Emil Zawadzki. That made the score 2-0 after 30 minutes of play. In the 35th minute Platão Romário shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vítor Damas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antoni Sliwinski's late challenge caught a Esquadrão Lusitano's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antoni Sliwinski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 38th minute, Antoni Sliwinski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Rafael Bouzas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bähräm Abduläzimov couldn't finish the play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 狄夕远 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Yavuzalp Eroğul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Zawadzki having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as FC ICEWIND DALE's Robert Kasprzak slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vítor Damas. That made the score 2-1 after 69 minutes of play. FC ICEWIND DALE's Emil Zawadzki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 狄夕远 in the 72nd minute of play. Emil Zawadzki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 狄夕远 in the 76th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the game, Rafael Bouzas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Emil Zawadzki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Esquadrão Lusitano made a substitution. Rui Sá replaced 狄夕远. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rui Sá in the 90th minute of play forced FC ICEWIND DALE's goalkeeper Emil Zawadzki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 91 minutes, Sylwester Przybyciel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC ICEWIND DALE and the Esquadrão Lusitano players grew even worse after the yellow card.
