Victor Sundström was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Duarte Luz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Duarte Luz really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Diego Armando Orange's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victor Sundström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans Hök in the 21st minute of play forced Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's goalkeeper Chiquinho Guerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Armando Orange in the 23rd minute of play forced Käka Puck BK's goalkeeper Victor Sundström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Börje Törnblom notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Chiquinho Guerra. Chiquinho Guerra was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 30 minutes into the match, Käka Puck BK's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Armando Orange came free, but Victor Sundström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Chiquinho Guerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Pilblad in the 37th minute of play. Chiquinho Guerra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Arvidsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Toninho Orange got a free kick in the 41st minute. Chiquinho Guerra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hans Hök in the 42nd minute of play. Pedro Luís Koffidis scored 1-2 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chiquinho Guerra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Käka Puck BK made a substitution. Calvin Raubier replaced Douglas Palmquist.

The crowd rose to their feet as Käka Puck BK's Mikael Bengtsson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Chiquinho Guerra. That made the score 1-3 after 55 minutes of play. Mikael Bengtsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chiquinho Guerra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. After 60 minutes, Abel Ferreira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ and the Käka Puck BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Chiquinho Guerra was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mikael Bengtsson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 61 minute of play. 64 minutes into the game, Alan Gonçalves threw the ball into play from the sideline. Käka Puck BK's Börje Törnblom quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Mikael Bengtsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Chiquinho Guerra made a huge save. Mikael Bengtsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chiquinho Guerra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Mikael Bengtsson succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-5 in the 74th playminute. In the 77th minute Börje Törnblom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiquinho Guerra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Käka Puck BK getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Calvin Raubier hit a great ball. Zé Roberto Velasco made in the 84th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Flavinho Toscano immediately put the ball in play. Jonatan Pilblad charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonatan Pilblad the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 86 played minutes Käka Puck BK got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Pilblad. After 87 minutes, Kang Xuan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Käka Puck BK and the Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Käka Puck BK's Kang Xuan got a free kick in the 87th minute. Zé Roberto Velasco charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zé Roberto Velasco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Börje Törnblom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chiquinho Guerra having to interfere. The Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Käka Puck BK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
