Gyula Grosics took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christopher Öberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the game, László Papp was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nagyváradi AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Heren Istarion the free kick. László Papp kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. The Heren Istarion were awarded a corner in the 80th minute after Nagyváradi AC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Endoh De Cat took the corner. Endoh De Cat made a great header on The Heren Istarion's corner, it was just that Nagyváradi AC's Gyula Grosics managed to reach the ball for a save.
