David Bouzon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maicon Oliveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 29th match minute, SORRISO E. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maicon Oliveira to maneuver through the defense. Christopher Öberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 31 minutes into the match, SORRISO E. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Zlatan Speed came free, but Edvaldo Leal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SORRISO E. C.'s Edvaldo Leal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zlatan Speed in the 35th minute of play. The Heren Istarion were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after SORRISO E. C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Endoh De Cat took the corner. The corner ended in Endoh De Cat almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SORRISO E. C.'s Edvaldo Leal did a great save. After 38 played minutes SORRISO E. C. got a freekick which was hit by João Vítor da Silveira. In the 41st minute Per Eliasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvaldo Leal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christopher Öberg got free with Edvaldo Leal in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Edvaldo Leal successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Maicon Oliveira to strike the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the game, The Heren Istarion's Christopher Öberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edvaldo Leal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Alto Jering made in the 54th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by SORRISO E. C.'s Zachary Cwynar. The audience was convinced that Maicon Oliveira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but David Bouzon was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. When Per Eliasson got free in front of the goal in the 59th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Edvaldo Leal was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Kacper Sroka's late challenge caught a The Heren Istarion's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maicon Oliveira in the 72nd minute of play forced The Heren Istarion's goalkeeper David Bouzon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Lisa De Cat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
