With 6 minutes on the clock, Janes Lembrechts commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 5th minute of the game. One of Purple Talents:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Słodkie Cytryny:s goal. In the 11th minute, Babhruvahana Jebali ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iker Carabajal was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 15th minute, Dobre Jest ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iker Carabajal was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 20th match minute, Purple Talents was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christof Bernage to maneuver through the defense. If Dobre Jest had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dobre Jest scored 0-4 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iker Carabajal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Slawomir Jucha struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Iker Carabajal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Słodkie Cytryny. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Purple Talents's goalkeeper Iker Carabajal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dobre Jest took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iker Carabajal. Iker Carabajal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Iker Carabajal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Babhruvahana Jebali in the 35th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Słodkie Cytryny's Jacek Wasikowski got a free kick in the 38th minute. Damian Ruszkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Goos, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. A collision led to Purple Talents getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Tansel Visali hit a great ball. After 47 minutes of play, Słodkie Cytryny's Babhruvahana Jebali made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iker Carabajal was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Słodkie Cytryny were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dylan Robin made a kick off. Babhruvahana Jebali received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Iker Carabajal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Purple Talents's goal looked a bit too open when Babhruvahana Jebali came free, but Iker Carabajal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Dobre Jest sped through Purple Talents's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Iker Carabajal. Słodkie Cytryny made a substitution. Boguslaw Zawaski replaced Dariusz Kluska. Damian Ruszkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donato Azevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Purple Talents's Iker Carabajal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacek Wasikowski in the 69th minute of play. If Jacek Wasikowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Purple Talents's Jozef van Elderen got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Damian Ruszkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Goos in the 76th minute of play. Damian Ruszkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donato Azevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 89 minutes into the match, Dobre Jest dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Iker Carabajal, 0-8. When the final whistle sounded Słodkie Cytryny left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Purple Talents.
