The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Albino Maiorga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dylan Robin in the 3rd minute of play. After 7 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Deportivo Pomelo Nenene! Deportivo Pomelo Nenene:s Albino Maiorga showed great skill when he stopped Diego Goos:s penalty. When Purple Talents's Dylan Robin in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goalie prevented a goal. When Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Tolek Mlekodaj in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Purple Talents's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Gustavo Ondino got a free kick in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ton Meulman in the 20th minute of play forced Purple Talents's goalkeeper Iker Carabajal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Purple Talents's goal looked a bit too open when Tolek Mlekodaj came free, but Iker Carabajal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Tolek Mlekodaj hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Albino Maiorga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Azevedo in the 23rd minute of play. Santo Gonzo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iker Carabajal having to make a save. In the 29th match minute, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ton Meulman to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Diego Goos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Albino Maiorga was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Albino Maiorga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Goos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the game, Tolek Mlekodaj recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Iker Carabajal. Tolek Mlekodaj showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Albino Maiorga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Goos in the 38th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustavo Ondino during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Albino Maiorga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dylan Robin, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dylan Robin to make the kick off. In the 50th match minute, Purple Talents was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Goos to maneuver through the defense. Albino Maiorga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dylan Robin, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Ata Baykut kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 64th minute Tolek Mlekodaj shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Carabajal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Ton Meulman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iker Carabajal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jozef van Elderen during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jozef van Elderen hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Purple Talents's Iker Carabajal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaspar Pomelov in the 70th minute of play. Albino Maiorga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diego Goos in the 78th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Purple Talents's zone, Gaspar Pomelov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iker Carabajal came out of the goal and Gaspar Pomelov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gaspar Pomelov took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iker Carabajal. Iker Carabajal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. When the referee ended the match the Deportivo Pomelo Nenene players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
