SK Slavoj Vyšehrad's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wawrzyniec Sawicki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stu Peake got free with Miroslav Brožek in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 22 played minutes SK Slavoj Vyšehrad got a freekick which was hit by Michael Webster. Vasile Furdui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Mariusz Modrzewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miroslav Brožek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wawrzyniec Sawicki, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Mariusz Modrzewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfons Öberg in the 34th minute of play. Mariusz Modrzewski came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by SK Slavoj Vyšehrad's Konstantin Opatrný. But to his dismay, Konstantin Opatrný quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2.

In the 51st minute, SK Slavoj Vyšehrad's Marcin Kalinowski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mariusz Modrzewski. Mariusz Modrzewski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. In the 56th minute FC Cavia Pyskowice were awarded a corner. Stu Peake went to the cornerflag to take it. FC Cavia Pyskowice's Stu Peake was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Miroslav Brožek in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Miroslav Brožek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patryk Mietus in the 61st minute of play. SK Slavoj Vyšehrad's Miroslav Brožek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wawrzyniec Sawicki in the 63rd minute of play. FC Cavia Pyskowice's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SK Slavoj Vyšehrad the free kick. The FC Cavia Pyskowice fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SK Slavoj Vyšehrad were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
