Spectators: 8486 (Terracing: 6366, Seating: 1951, VIP seats: 169) Konstantin Opatrný started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vasile Furdui got free with Barbosa van Beek in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Barbosa van Beek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konstantin Opatrný, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miroslav Brožek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthew Gijselinx, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Miroslav Brožek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tostão van Beek in the 22nd minute of play. Barbosa van Beek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfons Öberg in the 36th minute of play. With a little luck, Beek City's Barbosa van Beek got control of the ball when Alfons Öberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Miroslav Brožek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matthew Gijselinx in the 41st minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Tostão van Beek made the kick off in the second half. Ken Goffeyn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vasile Furdui in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Barbosa van Beek saved Beek City from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elano van Beek during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Beek City's Barbosa van Beek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfons Öberg in the 58th minute of play. The supporters of SK Slavoj Vyšehrad booed when Beek City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frits De Bruyn didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Beek City supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Beek City would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
