The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Denis Nisipeanu was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 5 minutes into the match. After 4 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for C Ａ R D I N Ａ L! The referee gave Boldklubben Skjold a penalty, 6 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Thorfinn Ranhauge, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Ingvar Hellkvist. 0-1. Nae Corbuț kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Gordon Barlag hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 17 played minutes Boldklubben Skjold got a freekick which was hit by Mathias de Hondt. Johnni Kirkskov was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Emanuel Huidu. If Diego Armando Maradona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Boldklubben Skjold's Johnni Kirkskov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Boldklubben Skjold from getting a goal against them. Ingvar Hellkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thorfinn Ranhauge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led to Boldklubben Skjold's Ronaldo Veiga getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Ingvar Hellkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gordon Barlag in the 25th minute of play. Ingvar Hellkvist came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Boldklubben Skjold's Wawrzyniec Tychy. But to his dismay, Wawrzyniec Tychy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. A sloppy throw-in by Al Thorbek in the 39th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Tahsin Paksu. After a rather tough play, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Šako Grande got a free kick in the 40th minute. Ingvar Hellkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thorfinn Ranhauge in the 43rd minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

A hard shot 57 in the game by Bernhard Merlyck from a close distance when the talented Ingvar Hellkvist managed to make a qualified save. C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's players were relieved. Wawrzyniec Tychy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Ingvar Hellkvist made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernhard Merlyck in the 63rd minute of play forced C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's goalkeeper Ingvar Hellkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diego Armando Maradona's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Johnni Kirkskov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Ingvar Hellkvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save C Ａ R D I N Ａ L from getting a goal against them. 70 minutes into the match, Bernhard Merlyck dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ingvar Hellkvist, 0-4. In the 75th match minute, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmund Przybyciel to maneuver through the defense. Gordon Barlag hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Diego Armando Maradona's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Johnni Kirkskov was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. In the 81stth minute of the game Diego Armando Maradona who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boldklubben Skjold's Johnni Kirkskov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Boldklubben Skjold's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Armando Maradona came free, but Johnni Kirkskov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Edmund Przybyciel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Johnni Kirkskov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Armando Maradona, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 93rd minute, Tahsin Paksu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boldklubben Skjold's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
