In the 8thth minute of the game Tytus Cizeski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lucky Star's Joel Cresenciano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of KN ZGORZELEC booed when Lucky Star was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giring Suprianto didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Konrad Zagrobelny in the 11th minute of play forced Lucky Star's goalkeeper Joel Cresenciano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Tytus Cizeski notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Lucky Star's Joel Cresenciano. Joel Cresenciano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kajetan Czciborek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Cresenciano having to interfere. In the 44th match minute, KN ZGORZELEC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Genaro Gattuso to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 50th minute, Ian Aksan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 54 minutes into the match, Lucky Star's goal looked a bit too open when Kajetan Czciborek came free, but Joel Cresenciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kazimierz Cipinski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Husni Sobarna in the 69th minute of the match. After 69 played minutes KN ZGORZELEC got a freekick which was hit by Genaro Gattuso. Ian Aksan's late challenge caught a KN ZGORZELEC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ian Aksan helped the player get up and apologised. The audience thought a goal was coming when Konrad Zagrobelny got free with Joel Cresenciano in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Lucky Star's zone, Kajetan Czciborek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joel Cresenciano came out of the goal and Kajetan Czciborek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kajetan Czciborek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Joel Cresenciano made a huge save. When KN ZGORZELEC's Kajetan Czciborek in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lucky Star's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Lucky Star booed when KN ZGORZELEC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position.
