Almir Zago hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 10th minute, Amadeo Hitzeder left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ASD Real Molinella 1911 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 14 minutes into the match, Amadeo Hitzeder had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emil Piszczor. KN ZGORZELEC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amadeo Hitzeder was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Emil Piszczor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Jonas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stanislaw Sienkiewicz struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Fabrizio De Feo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KN ZGORZELEC. In the 26th minute, Amadeo Hitzeder ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emil Piszczor was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Genaro Gattuso made in the 33rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Stanislaw Sienkiewicz. In the 33rd minute, Genaro Gattuso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the game, Domenico Alati cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Emil Piszczor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Amadeo Hitzeder blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emil Piszczor having to make a save. Amadeo Hitzeder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The supporters of ASD Real Molinella 1911 booed when KN ZGORZELEC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franciszek Sobczak didn't get a good kick on the ball. 55 minutes into the game, Amadeo Hitzeder cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Emil Piszczor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 58 minutes into the match, KN ZGORZELEC's goalkeeper Emil Piszczor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Domenico Alati. The crowd rose to their feet as Domenico Alati kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emil Piszczor. That made the score 0-7 in the 58 minute of play. 61 minutes into the game, Franciszek Sobczak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KN ZGORZELEC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ASD Real Molinella 1911 the free kick. A collision led to KN ZGORZELEC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Franciszek Sobczak hit a great ball. KN ZGORZELEC made a substitution. Konrad Zagrobelny replaced Stanislaw Sienkiewicz. Emil Piszczor was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, KN ZGORZELEC's Emil Piszczor got control of the ball when Amadeo Hitzeder tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the KN ZGORZELEC defense, Amadeo Hitzeder kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emil Piszczor. The KN ZGORZELEC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emil Piszczor should have stopped the shot. ASD Real Molinella 1911's Fausto Tomasso was substituted for Jonas Jonas. ASD Real Molinella 1911's Aldo Fontanive was substituted for Amadeo Hitzeder. In the 79th match minute, ASD Real Molinella 1911 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by You Sen Le to maneuver through the defense. Domenico Alati fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Piszczor having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karol Pilitowski during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The KN ZGORZELEC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ASD Real Molinella 1911 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
