Sidney Staton took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dirk-Jan van Bronckhorst. Decathlon Dudes's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 11 played minutes, Decathlon Dudes's Mads Pedersen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Franco Di Giambattista came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Decathlon Dudes reached it. Decathlon Dudes's Dirk-Jan van Bronckhorst played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lyle Macias in the 19th minute of play. The supporters of Decathlon Dudes booed when Racing Miami Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Glen Hoff didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Racing Miami Futbol Club's Glen Hoff got a free kick in the 27th minute. Jasper Philipsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franco Di Giambattista having to interfere. Franco Di Giambattista made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christijan Oss in the 31st minute. Franco Di Giambattista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jasper Philipsen in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Roelof Zeevenhoven got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Racing Miami Futbol Club's Genaro Cassidy was substituted for Lyle Macias. Decathlon Dudes's Dirk-Jan van Bronckhorst played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genaro Cassidy in the 64th minute of play. Cameron Bliss hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute, Genaro Cassidy made a precise shot to the right of Dirk-Jan van Bronckhorst. Decathlon Dudes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Franco Di Giambattista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christijan Oss, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Melvin Slater kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Christijan Oss received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Franco Di Giambattista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Decathlon Dudes booed when Racing Miami Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Racing Miami Futbol Club had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
