The crowd rose to their feet as Snorlax FC's Darío Bustunzuria slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rodriguinho Sergipano. That made the score 1-0 after 19 minutes of play. In the 22nd minute Victor Roque shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Cardoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonio Cardoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Roque, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lupere FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Rodriguinho Sergipano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 32 minutes, Carlos Gustavo Pinuer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Snorlax FC and the Lupere FC - DMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dário Domingues took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 59th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Antonio Cardoso. Snorlax FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Antonio Cardoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cláudio Loyola in the 64th minute of the match. Antonio Cardoso stood somewhat misplaced when Cláudio Loyola came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 66 minute. Rodriguinho Sergipano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 81 minutes into the match, Snorlax FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cláudio Loyola came free, but Antonio Cardoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Darío Bustunzuria in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodriguinho Sergipano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Snorlax FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lupere FC - DMZ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
