Liu Zhi Guang came free with the goalkeeper in the 31st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gery Pattimura could save by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Gwidon Patora kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gery Pattimura. That made the score 4-1 in the 35 minute of play. Liu Zhi Guang could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Gery Pattimura made a huge save. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. After 88 played minutes Coritiba Foot Ball Club got a freekick which was hit by Caetano Costa. In the 89th minute Adam Baza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gery Pattimura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tiburcio Jakue made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Garro in the 90th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Veth Crystals fully deserved thier win.
