After a rather tough play, Snorlax FC's César Balladares got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 18th minute, Eliel Hernández hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Snorlax FC booed when Samba Fotboll U21 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manfred Vedholm didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Darío Bustunzuria in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sam Yang saved Samba Fotboll U21 from getting behind. Snorlax FC were furious when Alonso Andolcetti was red carded, 26 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a rather tough play, Snorlax FC's Alonso Andolcetti got a free kick in the 26th minute. Ulf Löfkvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jhonny Herrera having to make a save. In the 33rd match minute, Snorlax FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Javier Milei to maneuver through the defense. After 38 played minutes Snorlax FC got a freekick which was hit by Eliel Hernández. 40 minutes into the match, Snorlax FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ulf Löfkvist came free, but Jhonny Herrera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led Samba Fotboll U21's Ulf Löfkvist to fire away a dangerous shot which Jhonny Herrera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ulf Löfkvist scored 0-1 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jhonny Herrera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Samba Fotboll U21's Patrik Lindell managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Eliel Hernández in the 55 minute of the game. 57 minutes into the match, Ulf Löfkvist notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Snorlax FC's Jhonny Herrera. Jhonny Herrera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The throw-in from Eliel Hernández in the 60th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Samba Fotboll U21's Patrik Lindell. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulf Löfkvist got free with Jhonny Herrera in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sverker Siggman hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ulf Löfkvist in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jhonny Herrera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 92 minutes into the match, Snorlax FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ulf Löfkvist came free, but Jhonny Herrera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
