With his leg Rodriguinho Sergipano managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Rodrigo Garro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rodriguinho Sergipano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Léo Nascimento, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After a rather tough play, Lupere FC - DMZ's Dadá Leão got a free kick in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Léo Nascimento in the 35th minute of play forced Lupere FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Rodriguinho Sergipano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Coritiba Foot Ball Club players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
