He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Acercate Y Patea de Lejos reached it. After taking down the ball on Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's corner Gerardo Balendin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jens-Åke Blixt quite easily take care of the ball. Jens-Åke Blixt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardino Baumar in the 70th minute of the match. Justino Montes's late challenge caught a Slipmaskinerna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Justino Montes helped the player get up and apologised. After 72 played minutes Acercate Y Patea de Lejos got a freekick which was hit by Justino Montes. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Gerardo Balendin got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Acercate Y Patea de Lejos supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Acercate Y Patea de Lejos would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
