Senator S.A.K's Edoardo Pasin got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 19th minute Edoardo Pasin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregorio Sugar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cillian Murphy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregorio Sugar having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Isidoro Justin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 31 played minutes MDP ES TRICOLOR Q22 got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Reyes. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edoardo Pasin got free with Gregorio Sugar in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gregorio Sugar was out of position in the 33 minute of play, and Edoardo Pasin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edoardo Pasin really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 39th minute, Mateo Rudolfo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Senator S.A.K's Gilbert Tusk managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mateo Rudolfo in the 46 minute of the game.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mieszko Czubski to make the kick off. Edvin van der Sar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mieszko Czubski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edvin van der Sar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Calle Örnberg in the 58th minute.
