Spectators: 9211 (Terracing: 6910, Seating: 2118, VIP seats: 183) Roland Záhoran started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the match, AFK Petržalka's goal looked a bit too open when Sefa Danış came free, but Kolkhis Papadakos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kolkhis Papadakos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarl Vallengren, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. 11 minutes into the match, AFK Petržalka's goal looked a bit too open when Jarl Vallengren came free, but Kolkhis Papadakos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AFK Petržalka's Kolkhis Papadakos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sefa Danış in the 12th minute of play. 16 minutes into the game, Filipe Pirani threw the ball into play from the sideline. Vänge IF's Alvin Bergfelt quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 17 minutes into the match, Vänge IF's goalkeeper Lorien Vilela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kent Sjöö. When Vänge IF's Jarl Vallengren in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 21stth minute of the game Kent Sjöö who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vänge IF's Lorien Vilela was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kolkhis Papadakos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sefa Danış in the 23rd minute of the match. Isac Sundström hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute, Jarl Vallengren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kent Sjöö in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lorien Vilela saved Vänge IF from getting behind. In the 33rd minute Sefa Danış shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kolkhis Papadakos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind AFK Petržalka's goalkeeper Kolkhis Papadakos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kent Sjöö's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lorien Vilela read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Kolkhis Papadakos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sefa Danış, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sefa Danış sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute, Filipe Pirani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Vänge IF's Bengt Vestlund was substituted for Sven Caspersson. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jarl Vallengren to make the kick off. Lorien Vilela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kent Sjöö, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sefa Danış in the 59th minute of play forced AFK Petržalka's goalkeeper Kolkhis Papadakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the game, Jarl Vallengren recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kolkhis Papadakos. Jarl Vallengren showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. After 67 played minutes Vänge IF got a freekick which was hit by Jarl Vallengren. Vänge IF's Mikael Wenerdahl was substituted for Sefa Danış. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Vänge IF's Israel Dacio in the 74th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Kolkhis Papadakos was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for AFK Petržalka through an amazing save. Mikael Wenerdahl could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Kolkhis Papadakos made a huge save. Lorien Vilela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kent Sjöö, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mikael Wenerdahl kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Kolkhis Papadakos made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Mikael Wenerdahl sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Claudinho Lima in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kolkhis Papadakos saved AFK Petržalka from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zeng Chen Le during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kolkhis Papadakos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mikael Wenerdahl in the 87th minute. In the 89th minute of the match Vänge IF got a corner. AFK Petržalka's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dragomir Krachanov ran over to the corner to take the kick. 93 minutes into the match, AFK Petržalka's goal looked a bit too open when Claudinho Lima came free, but Kolkhis Papadakos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Zeng Chen Le had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lorien Vilela. Vänge IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zeng Chen Le was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
