In the 34th minute Marin Tufescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xande Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bayern Lessa - u21's Xande Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boris Becker in the 35th minute of play. Silvestre Jesco got a throw-in 37 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Arnulfo Marino. Xande Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marin Tufescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luciano do Valle stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Buffalo Timişoara's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano do Valle came free, but Marian Basarab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute, Luciano do Valle ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marian Basarab was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. With an all-out effort, Buffalo Timişoara's Xande Buffon threw himself towards the right post 85 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marin Tufescu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 88th minute, Deilmison Bergkamp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Bayern Lessa - u21's Deilmison Bergkamp got a free kick in the 89th minute. With a little luck, Bayern Lessa - u21's Xande Buffon got control of the ball when Adrian Zbora tried to sneak it across the goal line.
