In the 4th minute, Rosendo Raymundo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 7 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Los Andes's goalkeeper Enrique Garaona had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rosendo Raymundo. In the 9th minute, Gilberto Munio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aristides Dolfo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When Ceferino Lorien fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atletico Los Andes's protests and gave Ceferino Lorien a yellow card for diving instead. Ceferino Lorien kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Carlos Birjaio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Enrique Garaona came out and tried to block the shot, but Carlos Birjaio slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 13th minute. Silvano Gorbea hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nereo Tohias in the 25th minute of play forced STARK F.C.'s goalkeeper Aristides Dolfo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Atletico Los Andes's Blas Raymundo suffered a sprained foot after 29 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Baldomero Janpier's late challenge caught a Club Atletico Los Andes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baldomero Janpier helped the player get up and apologised. STARK F.C.'s Aristides Dolfo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Munio in the 35th minute of play. Rosendo Raymundo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Enrique Garaona made a huge save. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Enrique Garaona successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 42 minutes into the game, Gianluigi Buffon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Enrique Garaona. Gianluigi Buffon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teodosio Guillen to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Guillen in the 57th minute of play forced STARK F.C.'s goalkeeper Aristides Dolfo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by STARK F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gilberto Munio was slow to take the kick. During this time Club Atletico Los Andes's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosendo Raymundo in the 62nd minute of play forced Club Atletico Los Andes's goalkeeper Enrique Garaona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eloy Atarrabi kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. The supporters of STARK F.C. booed when Club Atletico Los Andes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eloy Atarrabi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th match minute, Club Atletico Los Andes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ceferino Lorien to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute of the match Dalmacio Sal shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Enrique Garaona showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 71 minutes, Rosendo Raymundo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the STARK F.C. and the Club Atletico Los Andes players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gilberto Munio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Aristides Dolfo made a huge save. In the 76th minute Gianluigi Buffon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Garaona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, STARK F.C.'s goalkeeper Aristides Dolfo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilberto Munio. Enrique Garaona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Birjaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aaron Anselmino during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. STARK F.C.'s Isidro Cordarin was substituted for Carlos Birjaio. Aaron Anselmino hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isidro Cordarin in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enrique Garaona saved Club Atletico Los Andes from getting behind. 91 minutes into the match, Isidro Cordarin notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Club Atletico Los Andes's Enrique Garaona. Enrique Garaona was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. STARK F.C. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Club Atletico Los Andes for a fine match.
