The referee ignored Club Atletico Los Andes's protests and gave Eloy Atarrabi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 6th match minute, Club Atletico Los Andes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eloy Atarrabi to maneuver through the defense. In the 7th minute, Club Atletico Los Andes's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dávid Ambrus fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atletico Los Andes's zone, Pál Fülöp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enrique Garaona came out of the goal and Pál Fülöp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Rákóczifalva SE booed when Club Atletico Los Andes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvano Gorbea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gábor Vadas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodosio Guillen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teodosio Guillen hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Club Atletico Los Andes's Enrique Garaona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Félix Pénzes in the 19th minute of play. After 23 minutes, Félix Pénzes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rákóczifalva SE and the Club Atletico Los Andes players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Rákóczifalva SE getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Félix Pénzes hit a great ball. Dániel Kutasi's late challenge caught a Club Atletico Los Andes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dániel Kutasi helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nereo Tohias in the 26th minute of play forced Rákóczifalva SE's goalkeeper Gábor Vadas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gábor Vadas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nereo Tohias in the 31st minute of play. Gilberto Munio took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gábor Vadas. Gábor Vadas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 47 minutes of play, Club Atletico Los Andes's Gilberto Munio made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gábor Vadas was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dávid Ambrus was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Club Atletico Los Andes getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Alvaro Rameriz hit a great ball. Sándor Berényi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gábor Vadas made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Nereo Tohias sent off a good shot on target. Enrique Garaona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dávid Ambrus, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After 65 minutes, Efrain Neto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atletico Los Andes and the Rákóczifalva SE players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gábor Vadas was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Teodosio Guillen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Teodosio Guillen really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. After a rather tough play, Rákóczifalva SE's Pál Fülöp got a free kick in the 83rd minute. 84 minutes into the match, Rákóczifalva SE's goal looked a bit too open when Teodosio Guillen came free, but Gábor Vadas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
