Spectators: 7549 (Terracing: 5663, Seating: 1736, VIP seats: 150) Erwin Avellano started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in Republica Ploiești's zone, Erwin Avellano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pompiliu Hâncu came out of the goal and Erwin Avellano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erwin Avellano received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pompiliu Hâncu came out and tried to block the shot, but Erwin Avellano slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. When Sebastian Hoduț fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Republica Ploiești's protests and gave Sebastian Hoduț a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of YerBaTerOs booed when Republica Ploiești was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Hoduț didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the game, Zuzen Melendez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. YerBaTerOs's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Republica Ploiești the free kick. Zuzen Melendez hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Hoduț in the 22nd minute of play forced YerBaTerOs's goalkeeper Mendez Gamones to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mendez Gamones showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Godeanu in the 24th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erwin Avellano in the 26th minute of play forced Republica Ploiești's goalkeeper Pompiliu Hâncu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dan Godeanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Mendez Gamones tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ambrossi Afraga kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Sebastian Hoduț ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mendez Gamones was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Republica Ploiești made a substitution. Cristinel Bădoi replaced Manuel Trifan. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dan Godeanu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Republica Ploiești's Dan Godeanu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mendez Gamones. That made the score 2-2 after 52 minutes of play. Pompiliu Hâncu came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by YerBaTerOs's Erwin Avellano. But to his dismay, Erwin Avellano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Mendez Gamones stood somewhat misplaced when Dan Godeanu came free in front of goal and shot 3-3 to the left of him in the 64 minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Jácome Covarrubias managed to get in a good position for a shot. YerBaTerOs's supporters rose to their feet, but Jácome Covarrubias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pompiliu Hâncu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pompiliu Hâncu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salas Justo in the 73rd minute of the match. Pompiliu Hâncu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erwin Avellano, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. During the 92nd minute of the match Sebastian Hoduț completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Sebastian Hoduț a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 92nd minute, Sebastian Hoduț hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. YerBaTerOs fully deserved thier win.
