The referee ignored Bir Garip Oyun's protests and gave Boran Cihannur a yellow card for diving instead. After 35 played minutes Bir Garip Oyun got a freekick which was hit by Boran Cihannur. Behçet Canol took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Giannis Peronosporopoulos. Giannis Peronosporopoulos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Giannis Peronosporopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fadıl Işık, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Vakoufi Utd players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bir Garip Oyun were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Behçet Canol made the kick off in the second half. After 57 played minutes Bir Garip Oyun got a freekick which was hit by Boran Cihannur. When Bedir Akbayrak fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bir Garip Oyun's protests and gave Bedir Akbayrak a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Vakoufi Utd booed when Bir Garip Oyun was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bedir Akbayrak didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Behçet Canol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Giannis Peronosporopoulos was relentless in the 70th minute of the game.
