Jogaila Jameikis kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 6th minute of the game Naglis Sireikis made a throw-in which Faustas Mikalauskas played forward. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adomas Bacys in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristian Romsbøge saved Boldklubben Skjold from getting behind. In the 8thth minute of the game Deimantas Valys who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boldklubben Skjold's Cristian Romsbøge was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Valentas Bizauskas took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Cristian Romsbøge to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Geležinis Vilkas getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Valentas Bizauskas hit a great ball. Tauras Bagūnas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian Romsbøge having to interfere. In the last second Cristian Romsbøge throw himself and got hold of the ball when Adomas Bacys in the 29thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The audience was convinced that Deimantas Valys's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristian Romsbøge was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Tauras Bagūnas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cristian Romsbøge firmly grabbed it by the left post. Cristian Romsbøge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Deimantas Valys in the 40th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Deimantas Valys shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Romsbøge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boldklubben Skjold's Tor Glarner got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute Adomas Bacys shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Romsbøge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, Keld Thye was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boldklubben Skjold's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Geležinis Vilkas the free kick. After 56 played minutes Boldklubben Skjold got a freekick which was hit by Keld Thye. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Deimantas Valys sped through Boldklubben Skjold's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cristian Romsbøge. In the 67th minute, Tor Glarner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valentas Bizauskas kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Adomas Bacys's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristian Romsbøge was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. After 74 minutes, Ernest Berzanth mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boldklubben Skjold and the Geležinis Vilkas players grew even worse after the yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet as Tor Glarner kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Romualdas Karalius. That made the score 3-1 in the 79 minute of play. Jogaila Jameikis kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Rimas Labutis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Geležinis Vilkas's zone, Tor Glarner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romualdas Karalius came out of the goal and Tor Glarner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristian Romsbøge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Deimantas Valys, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geležinis Vilkas were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Boldklubben Skjold for a fine match.
