Spectators: 7637 (Terracing: 5729, Seating: 1756, VIP seats: 152) The audience thought a goal was coming when Juliusz Ptaszek got free with David Bettney in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 7 minutes into the match, Shaolin soccer's goal looked a bit too open when Tris Stockley came free, but Emil Cetnar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute, Harvey Crowther hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Arkadiusz Trochowski hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. In the 11th minute, Filip Cetnar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johnny Wadham in the 16th minute of play forced Shaolin soccer's goalkeeper Emil Cetnar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tris Stockley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Filip Cetnar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving David Bettney. That made the score 1-0 in the 24 minute of play. In the 28th minute, Shaolin soccer's Juliusz Ptaszek ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind David Bettney. David Bettney yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. 32 minutes into the match, Corinthians FC's goalkeeper David Bettney had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juliusz Ptaszek. Shaolin soccer's Emil Cetnar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reg Renner in the 34th minute of play. David Bettney made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Juliusz Ptaszek sent off a good shot on target. Juliusz Ptaszek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Bettney having to interfere. Juliusz Ptaszek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Juliusz Ptaszek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Richie Goacher charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Richie Goacher the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 56 played minutes Corinthians FC got a freekick which was hit by Richie Goacher. David Bettney didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Juliusz Ptaszek went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 63rd minute, Trevor Burkinshaw hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juliusz Ptaszek in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Bettney saved Corinthians FC from getting behind. In the 65th minute, Toby Dunn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Johnny Wadham could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Emil Cetnar made a huge save. After 68 minutes of play, Shaolin soccer's Juliusz Ptaszek made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Bettney was left in no man's land by his defense there! Shaolin soccer's Juliusz Ptaszek got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Corinthians FC's David Bettney played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juliusz Ptaszek in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Reg Renner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Shaolin soccer's Emil Cetnar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johnny Wadham in the 77th minute of play. Shaolin soccer's Emil Cetnar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Shaolin soccer from getting a goal against them. Corinthians FC's David Bettney played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juliusz Ptaszek in the 81st minute of play. If Gilbert Ranowiecki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arkadiusz Trochowski, 85 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a rather tough play, Corinthians FC's Reg Renner got a free kick in the 90th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tris Stockley during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tris Stockley kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Shaolin soccer's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
