In the 3rd minute Yann Delacour shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Polybos Christofis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's Polybos Christofis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 7 minutes, Polybos Christofis successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leukothoe Lipsanos during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Ange Albouy took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Polybos Christofis to make any attempt to save it. In the 21st minute Gwendal Ferdinand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Polybos Christofis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ booed when Alexandrie CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bakary Galet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Polybos Christofis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gwendal Ferdinand in the 24th minute of play. Donatien Nay's late challenge caught a ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Donatien Nay helped the player get up and apologised. In the 25th match minute, Alexandrie CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donatien Nay to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Alexandrie CF getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Gwendal Ferdinand hit a great ball. When Ange Albouy fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alexandrie CF's protests and gave Ange Albouy a yellow card for diving instead. Polybos Christofis came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Alexandrie CF's Zinedine Cuisinier. But to his dismay, Zinedine Cuisinier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 35 minutes into the match, Alexandrie CF's goal looked a bit too open when Leukothoe Lipsanos came free, but Stéphane Reine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute Leukothoe Lipsanos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stéphane Reine saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Zinedine Cuisinier had to leave the field with a concussion. Simeon Lalagos's late challenge caught a Alexandrie CF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yann Delacour in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Polybos Christofis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Salmakis Pezos came free with the goalkeeper in the 55th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Stéphane Reine could save by the left post. After a rather tough play, Alexandrie CF's Gwendal Ferdinand got a free kick in the 57th minute. Agesilaus Talitsikas charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Agesilaus Talitsikas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 59 played minutes ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ got a freekick which was hit by Agesilaus Talitsikas. After 60 minutes of play, Alexandrie CF's Ange Albouy made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Polybos Christofis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Polybos Christofis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gwendal Ferdinand in the 64th minute of the match. Salmakis Pezos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stéphane Reine having to interfere. Polybos Christofis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ange Albouy, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Leukothoe Lipsanos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stéphane Reine. Alexandrie CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leukothoe Lipsanos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's Leukothoe Lipsanos got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ange Albouy hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
