The tension between the Radiohead Freaks Club and the Espigão Steamrollers players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Espigão Steamrollers's Zé Carlos Paranaense got a free kick in the 6th minute. 7 minutes into the game, Gabri Velasco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Radiohead Freaks Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Espigão Steamrollers the free kick. Gabri Velasco hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. 9 minutes into the match, Radiohead Freaks Club's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Carlos Paranaense came free, but Error Pareja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Argider Gonzalez during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Espigão Steamrollers booed when Radiohead Freaks Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Argider Gonzalez didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Espigão Steamrollers getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Sílvio Luiz Zanette hit a great ball. After having played for 23 minutes, Válter Dantas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Espigão Steamrollers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Válter Dantas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zé Carlos Paranaense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Válter Dantas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Espigão Steamrollers's supporters rose to their feet, but Válter Dantas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Error Pareja breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Error Pareja showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Carlos Paranaense in the 31st minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Radiohead Freaks Club's goal looked a bit too open when Válter Dantas came free, but Error Pareja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Válter Dantas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Error Pareja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Válter Dantas ran back to his position shaking his head. Error Pareja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo de Godoi in the 43rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Carlos Paranaense in the 47th minute of play forced Radiohead Freaks Club's goalkeeper Error Pareja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Válter Dantas to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee felt a red card was in order, 51 minutes into the game, when Reinaldo Llinares put in a rough tackle. Reinaldo Llinares kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 53rd minute, Luiz Fabiano Nóbrega got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Erasmo de Godoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Argider Gonzalez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vicente Catarinense was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 87th match minute, Espigão Steamrollers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Carlos Paranaense to maneuver through the defense. Josue Palencia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Catarinense having to interfere.
