After 5 minutes, Bernardo Tacco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lunatics of Arianrhod and the FC Lutanu players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bernardo Tacco hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Gavril Burnei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Lunatics of Arianrhod's Antonio Pizziolo got control of the ball when Gavril Burnei tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dave Saturno's late challenge caught a FC Lutanu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dave Saturno helped the player get up and apologised. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gavril Burnei in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Antonio Pizziolo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gavril Burnei got free with Antonio Pizziolo in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gavril Burnei's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Antonio Pizziolo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Fabian Geambașu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Pizziolo having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC Lutanu's Fabian Geambașu got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Daniel Ostoici came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Lunatics of Arianrhod's Davide Flammini. But to his dismay, Davide Flammini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 32 minutes, Adriano Giampieri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lunatics of Arianrhod and the FC Lutanu players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC Lutanu booed when Lunatics of Arianrhod was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adriano Giampieri didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Lunatics of Arianrhod's Ernesto Imperatrice got a free kick in the 34th minute. 37 minutes into the game, Enzo Rondinelli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lunatics of Arianrhod's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Lutanu the free kick. Enzo Rondinelli hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Lunatics of Arianrhod's Dave Saturno got a free kick in the 46th minute. The FC Lutanu players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lunatics of Arianrhod were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Davide Flammini to make the kick off. Enzo Rondinelli kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, FC Lutanu's Gavril Burnei tried to score from far away in the 51st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, Lunatics of Arianrhod's goal looked a bit too open when Gavril Burnei came free, but Antonio Pizziolo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adriano Giampieri's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Daniel Ostoici firmly grabbed it by the left post. FC Lutanu's Moise Pârvulescu has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 69th minute. Antonio Pizziolo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavril Burnei in the 71st minute of the match. Antonio Pizziolo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gavril Burnei went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Lutanu's goalkeeper Daniel Ostoici, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Moise Lera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Pizziolo having to interfere. Antonio Pizziolo came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Lutanu's Gavril Burnei. But to his dismay, Gavril Burnei quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. If Gavril Burnei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Dave Saturno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
