Stanislas Salingue hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. After 6 played minutes Lunar Park got a freekick which was hit by Louison Souque. Melquiades Manex fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calvin Miel having to interfere. 9 minutes into the game, Ivan Mercurio threw the ball into play from the sideline. Lunar Park's Hector Savoie quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Gogo Pes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierre-Loup Guérinet in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th match minute, Lunar Park was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorian Ramet to maneuver through the defense. When the match had been going on for 12 minutes Victor Jaunti shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Calvin Miel when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Pierre-Loup Guérinet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lunar Park's supporters rose to their feet, but Pierre-Loup Guérinet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gogo Pes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pierre-Loup Guérinet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gogo Pes having to make a save. Sam Brot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Gogo Pes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Lunar Park's goal looked a bit too open when Lucio Macias came free, but Calvin Miel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 32 minutes into the game, Santa Maradona's Lucio Macias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Calvin Miel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 47th minute of the match, Pierre-Loup Guérinet tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gogo Pes saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Lucio Macias made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Lucio Macias recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Calvin Miel. Lucio Macias showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Sam Brot's late challenge caught a Santa Maradona's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sam Brot helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Santa Maradona booed when Lunar Park was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sam Brot didn't get a good kick on the ball. 66 minutes into the game, Lucio Macias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Santa Maradona's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lunar Park the free kick. The supporters of Lunar Park booed when Santa Maradona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio Macias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pierre-Loup Guérinet might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gogo Pes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pierre-Loup Guérinet ran back to his position shaking his head. 76 minutes into the game, Pierre-Loup Guérinet cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Gogo Pes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pierre-Loup Guérinet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ivan Mercurio made in the 86th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Melquiades Manex. Sam Brot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sam Brot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gogo Pes having to interfere. After 92 minutes of play Lunar Park's Sam Brot was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 92nd match minute, Lunar Park was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sam Brot to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Santa Maradona left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Lunar Park.
