They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Jaroslav Kulich was a little too slow when Maurinho Rosado got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 0-2. 54 minutes into the match, Martin Kula notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Red Bull Magnus's Aloísio Guimarães. Aloísio Guimarães was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maurinho Rosado during the 57th minute. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
