Spectators: 7487 (Terracing: 5616, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 149) BE COOL's Marios Kassianidis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in BE COOL's zone, Luiz Fábio Ferreira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Giorgos Konstantellos came out of the goal and Luiz Fábio Ferreira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Giorgos Konstantellos managed to avoid a goal in the 5thth minute, when S S Palestra Italia's Clemente Sá fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 10 minutes, Stratos Dentzas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BE COOL and the S S Palestra Italia players grew even worse after the yellow card. Stratos Dentzas kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. When Luís Paulo da Mata came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the S S Palestra Italia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís Paulo da Mata couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Babbis Boumis in the 13th minute of play forced S S Palestra Italia's goalkeeper Remo da Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the BE COOL defense, Luiz Fábio Ferreira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Giorgos Konstantellos. The BE COOL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Giorgos Konstantellos should have stopped the shot. 22 minutes into the game, Apostolis Pappas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BE COOL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave S S Palestra Italia the free kick. In the 22nd match minute, BE COOL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apostolis Pappas to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Luís Paulo da Mata dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Giorgos Konstantellos, 2-0. 26 minutes into the game, Rômulo Macedo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Giorgos Konstantellos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Sá in the 30th minute of play forced BE COOL's goalkeeper Giorgos Konstantellos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Giorgos Konstantellos made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Luiz Fábio Ferreira sent off a good shot on target. 35 minutes into the game, Rômulo Macedo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Giorgos Konstantellos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 38th minute, Rômulo Macedo made a precise shot to the right of Giorgos Konstantellos. BE COOL's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. After 42 minutes of play, BE COOL's Marios Kassianidis made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Remo da Costa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rômulo Macedo kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luís Paulo da Mata to make the kick off. Aílton Tepedino kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Marios Kassianidis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 59thth minute, Remo da Costa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. S S Palestra Italia's Remo da Costa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save S S Palestra Italia from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, BE COOL's Petros Vakaloglou got a free kick in the 63rd minute. BE COOL's Giorgos Konstantellos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Sá in the 68th minute of play. Giorgos Konstantellos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Paulo da Mata in the 69th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Apostolis Pappas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Remo da Costa was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-3. BE COOL's Marios Kassianidis got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 87 minutes into the game, Aílton Tepedino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. S S Palestra Italia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BE COOL the free kick. Aílton Tepedino kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the BE COOL players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for S S Palestra Italia.
