Spectators: 7673 (Terracing: 5755, Seating: 1765, VIP seats: 153) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Maxmilian Groh took the kick off in the first half of the match. Vasile Gârdescu charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vasile Gârdescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 7 played minutes F.C CLUJ MEDICINA got a freekick which was hit by Vasile Gârdescu. When Petr Zelinger fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FK Košíře Praha's protests and gave Petr Zelinger a yellow card for diving instead. Petr Zelinger kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. If Martin Kula had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tiberiu Ştati received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Jaroslav Kulich tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaroslav Kulich showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costică Darabonț, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maxmilian Groh in the 26th minute of play forced F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's goalkeeper Mihail Onaca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Maxmilian Groh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mihail Onaca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maxmilian Groh in the 33rd minute of play. After 34 played minutes F.C CLUJ MEDICINA got a freekick which was hit by Dragoş Cudalb. Martin Kula fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihail Onaca having to interfere. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Mihail Onaca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Kula in the 44th minute of play. Mihail Onaca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maxmilian Groh, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Maxmilian Groh took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mihail Onaca. Mihail Onaca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nechifor Ciurea was the one to do the kick off. Petr Zelinger kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 56th minute of the match Corneliu Borogeanu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jaroslav Kulich showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a little luck, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Mihail Onaca got control of the ball when Martin Kula tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tobias Čepela has a good long shot, which he once again showed in the 68th minute of the match. Unfortunately the ball hit the outside of the left post. Mihail Onaca had great luck who in the 70thth minute grab hold of the ball when Maxmilian Groh from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Jaroslav Kulich made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iacob Irimescu in the 71st minute of play. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Nechifor Ciurea sped through FK Košíře Praha's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jaroslav Kulich. In the 83rd minute Nechifor Ciurea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaroslav Kulich saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martin Kula received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Mihail Onaca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Costică Darabonț kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 95th minute Nechifor Ciurea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaroslav Kulich saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's goalkeeper Mihail Onaca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martin Kula. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
