After a rather tough play, Ralles Bollklubb's Rickard Springfält got a free kick in the 5th minute. Walter Jönsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermegildo Ramirez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ermegildo Ramirez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Walter Jönsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Deportivo el Divague's Teofilo Salbatore proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo el Divague from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Clodoveo Chan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo el Divague's supporters rose to their feet, but Clodoveo Chan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Walter Jönsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Teofilo Salbatore was out of position in the 29 minute of play, and Lars Wållander capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lars Wållander really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. If Ermegildo Ramirez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domingos Gaitano hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Pål Hult hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After 40 played minutes Deportivo el Divague got a freekick which was hit by Hipolito Bizi. Johan Löfskog charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Johan Löfskog the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Johan Löfskog hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute of the match Rickard Springfält sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teofilo Salbatore skillfully saved the ball. Teofilo Salbatore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Björn Jonasson in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ermegildo Ramirez was the one to do the kick off. In the 62nd minute Johan Löfskog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teofilo Salbatore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Deportivo el Divague's Domingos Gaitano got a free kick in the 65th minute. When the match had been going on for 66 minutes Rickard Springfält shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Teofilo Salbatore when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ermegildo Ramirez during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Deportivo el Divague getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Ermegildo Ramirez hit a great ball. Teofilo Salbatore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Björn Jonasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 77 minutes into the game, one of Ralles Bollklubb:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 81st minute, Ermegildo Ramirez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute of the match Bo Eckegren shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teofilo Salbatore showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Ralles Bollklubb booed when Deportivo el Divague was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermegildo Ramirez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ralles Bollklubb's zone, Ermegildo Ramirez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walter Jönsson came out of the goal and Ermegildo Ramirez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Deportivo el Divague's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
