Spectators: 7555 (Terracing: 5668, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Narciso Tohias got the match started through his kick off. VB-Team's Aprígio Campos got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, HFA FC's Froilan Tximitx got a free kick in the 5th minute. Viriato Calheiros scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alonzo Domingues, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Octávio Medeiros hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Alonzo Domingues didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aprígio Eanes went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Gonçalo Fonseca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustino Cordeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Primitivo Janpier kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Alonzo Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octávio Macieira in the 31st minute of play. Donato Quintanilha's late challenge caught a HFA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Donato Quintanilha helped the player get up and apologised. Alonzo Domingues didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aprígio Eanes went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aprígio Eanes to make the kick off. If Nicolau Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 55 minutes into the match, VB-Team's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Louis came free, but Gonçalo Fonseca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Froilan Tximitx hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Aprígio Campos, 58 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Alonzo Domingues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolau Vale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st match minute, VB-Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octávio Medeiros to maneuver through the defense. Gonçalo Fonseca came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by HFA FC's Pedro Garikoitz. But to his dismay, Pedro Garikoitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. In the 66th minute Salvador Louis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonçalo Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Narciso Tohias notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of VB-Team's Gonçalo Fonseca. Gonçalo Fonseca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gonçalo Fonseca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Garikoitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Octávio Macieira might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alonzo Domingues. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Octávio Macieira ran back to his position shaking his head. Alonzo Domingues was a little too slow when Nicolau Vale got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 2-5. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Narciso Tohias put it in 3-5 from a short distance just to the right of Gonçalo Fonseca. After some careless play in the VB-Team defense, Faustino Cordeiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gonçalo Fonseca. The VB-Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gonçalo Fonseca should have stopped the shot. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. VB-Team had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
