Salvador Louis charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After 38 played minutes Ralles Bollklubb got a freekick which was hit by Nils Harlén. Walter Jönsson acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 39th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Edgard Guillen. 40 minutes into the game, Aaron Lindström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ralles Bollklubb's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave HFA FC the free kick. The supporters of HFA FC booed when Ralles Bollklubb was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Lindström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute, Faustino Cordeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

With a little luck, HFA FC's Alonzo Domingues got control of the ball when Björn Jonasson tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Lars Wållander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Lars Wållander kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alonzo Domingues. That made the score 1-2 in the 58 minute of play. Narciso Tohias scored 2-2 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Walter Jönsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alonzo Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils Harlén in the 96th minute of play. The Ralles Bollklubb players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented HFA FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
