When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Amerigo Boccanera sped through Fragleses's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cyryl Harasimowicz. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Tobiasz Rybak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fragleses's supporters rose to their feet, but Tobiasz Rybak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ettore Masci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ettore Masci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radomil Kolano, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. When Tobiasz Rybak came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Fragleses fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tobiasz Rybak couldn't finish the play. 18 minutes into the match, Fragleses's goalkeeper Cyryl Harasimowicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amerigo Boccanera. After 19 minutes, Fedele Franzioni mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cesate and the Fragleses players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th match minute, Cesate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fedele Franzioni to maneuver through the defense. Ettore Masci didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tobiasz Rybak went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Amerigo Boccanera in the 47thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cyryl Harasimowicz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amerigo Boccanera made a kick off. In the 52ndth minute of the game Amerigo Boccanera who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fragleses's Cyryl Harasimowicz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Amerigo Boccanera fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cesate's protests and gave Amerigo Boccanera a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Fragleses booed when Cesate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amerigo Boccanera didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amerigo Boccanera in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cyryl Harasimowicz saved Fragleses from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlo Cirulli in the 69th minute of play forced Fragleses's goalkeeper Cyryl Harasimowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Cesate's Ettore Masci got control of the ball when Tobiasz Rybak tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomil Kolano in the 71st minute of play forced Cesate's goalkeeper Ettore Masci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ettore Masci didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fragleses. Ettore Masci made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tobiasz Rybak in the 90th minute. After 95 played minutes Fragleses got a freekick which was hit by Gwidon Bienienda. In the 98th minute of the match Carlo Cirulli shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cyryl Harasimowicz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
