He was immediately shown a red card. 4 minutes into the game, one of Cesate:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Cesate:s Ettore Masci showed great skill when he stopped Lucjan Laba:s penalty. Demetrio Borrelli charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Demetrio Borrelli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006 booed when Cesate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Demetrio Borrelli didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Carlo Cirulli came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Cesate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlo Cirulli couldn't finish the play. Amerigo Boccanera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Cesate getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Franco De Marco hit a great ball. Ettore Masci made an important save on a dangerous shot by Norbert Burdzel in the 45th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dawid Zuraw was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wojciech Falkiewicz in the 52nd minute of play forced Cesate's goalkeeper Ettore Masci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute, Cesate's Carlo Cirulli ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kazimierz Banach. Kazimierz Banach yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. 70 minutes into the match, ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006's Dawid Zuraw sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ettore Masci narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Amerigo Boccaneras short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got Kazimierz Banach to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Lucjan Laba hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. The supporters of Cesate booed when ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zachariasz Domeradzki didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amerigo Boccanera got free with Kazimierz Banach in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ettore Masci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franciszek Brodzki, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After some careless play in the Cesate defense, Dawid Zuraw kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ettore Masci. The Cesate fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ettore Masci should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
