Spectators: 7491 (Terracing: 5619, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bautista Bausa kicked off to start the match. Almir Cruz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Zuñiga in the 6th minute of the match. Mancio Arana came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Zemantauskas FC's Joel de Senna. But to his dismay, Joel de Senna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Zemantauskas FC's Rubens Reis got a free kick in the 17th minute. A collision led to Zemantauskas FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Joel de Senna hit a great ball. In the 18th minute of the match Herminio Aujea sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Almir Cruz skillfully saved the ball. In the 22nd minute Joel de Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mancio Arana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bautista Bausa took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Almir Cruz. Almir Cruz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cayetano Pujol during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cayetano Pujol kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 40th match minute, Ajax Colombiano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fortunato Inguanzo to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute, Nuno Cruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Bautista Bausa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 45 minutes, Bautista Bausa made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Zemantauskas FC's Almir Cruz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Nuno Cruz made the kick off in the second half. Mancio Arana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleiton Xavier in the 51st minute of play. Mancio Arana made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Nuno Cruz sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bautista Bausa in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Almir Cruz saved Zemantauskas FC from getting behind. Fortunato Inguanzo hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Zuñiga in the 71st minute of play forced Zemantauskas FC's goalkeeper Almir Cruz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 73rd play minutes Bautista Bausa shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Almir Cruz and just under the crossbar into goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bautista Bausa in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Almir Cruz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Zemantauskas FC's Vitório Negri got a free kick in the 79th minute. Niceto Belda kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Nuno Cruz struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Mancio Arana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zemantauskas FC. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nuno Cruz got free with Mancio Arana in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bautista Bausa scored 4-1 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Almir Cruz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ajax Colombiano had played much better football throughout.
