In the 6th minute, Yuri Martins got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edgard Leme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 14 minutes into the game, Umberto Aparecido was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Unidade Pinto Louco's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ERGOTELIS the free kick. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanasis Rizos hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yuri Martins in the 27th minute of play forced ERGOTELIS's goalkeeper Panagiotis Kastanis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, ERGOTELIS's goal looked a bit too open when Yuri Martins came free, but Panagiotis Kastanis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christos Dimitriadis's late challenge caught a Unidade Pinto Louco's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christos Dimitriadis helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th minute, Christos Dimitriadis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th match minute, ERGOTELIS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thanasis Rizos to maneuver through the defense. Edgard Leme took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Panagiotis Kastanis. Panagiotis Kastanis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 47 minutes into the match, Edgard Leme had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Panagiotis Kastanis. ERGOTELIS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgard Leme was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edgard Leme to strike the kick off in the second half. Panagiotis Kastanis stood somewhat misplaced when Edgard Leme came free in front of goal and shot 0-5 to the left of him in the 53 minute. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Edgard Leme put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Panagiotis Kastanis. In the 79th minute, Yuri Martins reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Panagiotis Kastanis. The goal made the score 0-7. After 83 played minutes Unidade Pinto Louco got a freekick which was hit by Umberto Aparecido. Panagiotis Kastanis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Leme in the 87th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Pedrinho Gomes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 91 played minutes ERGOTELIS got a freekick which was hit by Dimitris Krasakis. The ERGOTELIS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Unidade Pinto Louco were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
