Spectators: 7454 (Terracing: 5591, Seating: 1714, VIP seats: 149) CD Municipal's Telmo Castejon started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, one of CD Municipal:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for CD Municipal. Burutzagi Romero went to the wrong direction when Roman Rafael was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. If Telmo Castejon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Telmo Castejon put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of René Švéda. Telmo Castejon took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised René Švéda. René Švéda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 26 minutes into the match, CD Municipal's goalkeeper Burutzagi Romero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michal Božek. Burutzagi Romero was a little too slow when Jiří Dusil got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 1-3. Harald Bartoň hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Jiří Dusil struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Burutzagi Romero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pardubice Hurricanes. CD Municipal's Burutzagi Romero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save CD Municipal from getting a goal against them. After 42 played minutes Jiří Dusil rounded CD Municipal's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-3. René Švéda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlanda Zumiel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Telmo Castejon in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg René Švéda saved Pardubice Hurricanes from getting behind. After the first half CD Municipal were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Michal Božek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Jiří Dusil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Burutzagi Romero was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. In the 55th minute of the match Geraldo Ayaso shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but René Švéda showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. René Švéda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Telmo Castejon in the 57th minute of play. After a rather tough play, CD Municipal's Ponciano Bobis got a free kick in the 58th minute. René Švéda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Telmo Castejon in the 66th minute of play. Burutzagi Romero didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Pardubice Hurricanes's Michal Božek shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-3 in the ordered_time% minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Harald Bartoň during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 74th minute, Harald Bartoň hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. René Švéda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cornelio Rigueiro in the 75th minute of play. René Švéda was out of position in the 76 minute of play, and Telmo Castejon capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Telmo Castejon really showed his touch with that goal: 4-4. Burutzagi Romero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jiří Dusil in the 83rd minute of play. Burutzagi Romero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bohuslav Klimek, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute Michal Božek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Burutzagi Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg René Švéda managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when CD Municipal's Telmo Castejon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, Pardubice Hurricanes's René Švéda got control of the ball when Telmo Castejon tried to sneak it across the goal line. 93 minutes into the game, Telmo Castejon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of René Švéda. Telmo Castejon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-5.
