Jardim Botânico's Ademar Leme proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Jardim Botânico from getting a goal against them. With an all-out effort, Limburg United's Ademar Leme threw himself towards the right post 47 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Artur Van De Wijngaert, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Gilliam Roelandts made the kick off in the second half. Ademar Leme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilliam Roelandts in the 53rd minute of the match. Gilliam Roelandts scored 2-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ademar Leme, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Pedro Paulo Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vladimir Almeida kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Lieven Balckmans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute, Artur Van De Wijngaert ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ademar Leme was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Vladimir Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robbie Van Beylen having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilliam Roelandts in the 93rd minute of play forced Jardim Botânico's goalkeeper Ademar Leme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute, Limburg United's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Pedro Paulo Cruz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Limburg United getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Mark Heijligem hit a great ball. Jardim Botânico's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Limburg United had won, even though Jardim Botânico had held more of the ball.
