Telmo Castejon hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA's zone, Ponciano Bobis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ata Jamal came out of the goal and Ponciano Bobis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ponciano Bobis in the 30th minute of play forced C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA's goalkeeper Ata Jamal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute Nicanor Errolan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Burutzagi Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Burutzagi Romero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cayetano Manilan in the 33rd minute of the match. Burutzagi Romero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cayetano Manilan went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Ponciano Bobis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Ata Jamal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
