Spectators: 7532 (Terracing: 5650, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gilliam Roelandts took the kick off in the first half of the match. A hard shot 4 in the game by Severino Gaskon from a close distance when the talented Gustav Vorster managed to make a qualified save. Limburg United's players were relieved. In the 11th minute Gilliam Roelandts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Quilino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Celestiales's Ernesto Abalos got a free kick in the 12th minute. After 15 minutes of play, Limburg United's Artur Van De Wijngaert made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ubaldo Quilino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Celestiales's Ubaldo Quilino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diederik Huijberechts in the 19th minute of play. After 20 played minutes Celestiales got a freekick which was hit by Sergio Henry. Severo Veremundo lost his temper 21 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dany-Adams Van Halssbeeck in the 22nd minute of play forced Celestiales's goalkeeper Ubaldo Quilino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ubaldo Quilino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artur Van De Wijngaert in the 25th minute of the match. Ubaldo Quilino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diederik Huijberechts, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 31 minutes into the game, Artur Van De Wijngaert was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Limburg United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Celestiales the free kick. Ubaldo Quilino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diederik Huijberechts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ernesto Abalos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Hilario Uxio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After the first half Limburg United were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hilario Uxio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Diederik Huijberechts struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Ubaldo Quilino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Limburg United. Hilario Uxio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Celestiales's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Diederik Huijberechts scored to the left of an out of position Ubaldo Quilino, making the score, 0-2. The supporters of Celestiales booed when Limburg United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lieven Balckmans didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ernesto Abalos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustav Vorster having to interfere. The supporters of Celestiales booed when Limburg United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artur Van De Wijngaert didn't get a good kick on the ball.
