The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Frano Udovčić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Goran Mahalec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rozarius Buron in the 5th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rozarius Buron got free with Goran Mahalec in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to NK BRONZIN getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Kazimir Broz hit a great ball. In the 14th minute, Rozarius Buron ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Goran Mahalec was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. NK BRONZIN's Gabrijel Ordanić got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Frutos Posse kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Goran Mahalec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iliana Vielva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ildefonso Cuello in the 24th minute of play forced NK BRONZIN's goalkeeper Goran Mahalec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Goran Mahalec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iliana Vielva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Goran Mahalec stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iliana Vielva's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. In the 34th minute, Real Unión CF's Rozarius Buron dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Honrio Moñiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vatroslav Štefanić in the 38th minute of the match. Ognjen Uroda charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ognjen Uroda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to NK BRONZIN getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Ognjen Uroda hit a great ball. After having played for 44 minutes, Matej Gvojić managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NK BRONZIN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matej Gvojić was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ildefonso Cuello hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frano Udovčić was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes Real Unión CF got a freekick which was hit by Pes Roca. In the 56th minute Gabrijel Ordanić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honrio Moñiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vatroslav Štefanić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Honrio Moñiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of NK BRONZIN booed when Real Unión CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ildefonso Cuello didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frano Udovčić who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Honrio Moñiz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. NK BRONZIN's Goran Mahalec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iliana Vielva in the 64th minute of play. Goran Mahalec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ildefonso Cuello, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Frano Udovčić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gabrijel Ordanić might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Honrio Moñiz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gabrijel Ordanić ran back to his position shaking his head. If Vatroslav Štefanić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gabrijel Ordanić blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Honrio Moñiz having to make a save. A hard shot by Denis Guberina from long distance, 78 minutes into the match, got Honrio Moñiz's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Gabrijel Ordanić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Honrio Moñiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 87 played minutes Gabrijel Ordanić rounded Real Unión CF's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. 91 minutes into the game, NK BRONZIN's Frano Udovčić nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Honrio Moñiz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2.
