After a defensive mix-up in Real Unión CF's zone, Kjell-Arne Olenberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Honrio Moñiz came out of the goal and Kjell-Arne Olenberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kjell-Arne Olenberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honrio Moñiz having to interfere. 11 minutes into the match, Real Unión CF's goal looked a bit too open when Kjell-Arne Olenberg came free, but Honrio Moñiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Max Göransson hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Real Unión CF defense, Tommy Vibjörnsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Honrio Moñiz. The Real Unión CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Honrio Moñiz should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Max Göransson in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Honrio Moñiz saved Real Unión CF from getting behind. Tommy Vibjörnsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Honrio Moñiz made a huge save. In the 25th minute, Tommy Vibjörnsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the match, Tommy Vibjörnsson notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Real Unión CF's Honrio Moñiz. Honrio Moñiz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sverker Algren hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Rozarius Buron kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. The supporters of KIA KAHA booed when Real Unión CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Louis Escobar didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kjell-Arne Olenberg in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Honrio Moñiz saved Real Unión CF from getting behind. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Iliana Vielva made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th match minute, KIA KAHA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tommy Vibjörnsson to maneuver through the defense. KIA KAHA's Karl-Magnus Telin was substituted for Sverker Algren. After 57 played minutes KIA KAHA got a freekick which was hit by Tommy Vibjörnsson. In the 59th minute Tommy Vibjörnsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honrio Moñiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee ignored Real Unión CF's protests and gave Louis Escobar a yellow card for diving instead. In the 70th match minute, Real Unión CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Louis Escobar to maneuver through the defense. Honrio Moñiz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tommy Vibjörnsson went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Honrio Moñiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kjell-Arne Olenberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Max Göransson put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Honrio Moñiz. KIA KAHA's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
